Description
Spacious holiday home with swimming pool, sauna, indoor hot tub and activity room. The house is suitable for 2 families or several couples who want to spend a vacation in an area with beautiful nature and close to one of Denmark's best beaches, Marielyst. The house is 215 m² and was built in 1995, and in 2013 the house underwent a partial renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms with a shower, washbasin and toilet, and a washing machine and dryer in one of them. The indoor swimming pool offers plenty of opportunities for play and socializing. The pool measures 3.5 m x 4.6 m and is up to 1.4 m deep. The activity room has billiards, table tennis, darts and table football. Relax in the sauna and the 2-person indoor hot tub. The activity room has the following equipment: Billiards. Table tennis. Darts. Table football. There are 7 bedrooms in total. The beds are divided into: four rooms with double beds, two rooms with single beds. And one room with four bunk beds. In addition, there is 1 cot. In the holiday home there is a TV. DVD player. Radio. Stereo system. CD player. There are at least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet is available. On the 1400 m2 child-friendly grounds there is plenty of space for ball games and play. There is an 18 m² open terrace area with plenty of space for sun, fun and barbecues. Swing and sandpit for the little ones. Not available for youth groups.
