The house offers three bedrooms, all with double beds, plus two additional sleeping places on the loft. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet, washbasin, and shower. One bathroom also includes a bathtub and washing machine. The house is situated on a 370 m² natural plot and features a large wooden terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy cosy summer evenings with the family. Close to the house is a large shared outdoor area for free use, ideal for football and other ball games. The property is close to bowling, golf course, welcome centre, Put & Take fishing, as well as shopping and the town centre.
