This incredibly cosy 91 m² spa holiday home enjoys a superb location – just a stone’s throw from the centre of Marielyst, where everything is within easy reach – from grocery shopping and retail to restaurants and attractions – and just 750 metres from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly beaches. The holiday home is bright and modern, featuring an open-plan kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, induction hob, separate oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and internet, as well as an air-to-air heat pump, and on cold days you can use the wood-burning stove, which provides lovely warmth and cosiness. The holiday home has three bedrooms; two of the rooms have double beds and a bunk bed in the third room. On one loft there is a single bed, and on the other loft, a really cosy space for children and the young at heart, as the loft features a games console, beanbags and various board games. The house’s large bathroom, with lovely underfloor heating, features a washbasin, toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a lovely two-person spa bath, which is perfect for relaxing in after a long day out and about. This gem is set on a 700 m² plot with plenty of space for play and games – you certainly won’t get bored here. The garden features a swing set, a playhouse, a hammock and football goals. You can also relax around the fire pit or pop into the garden pavilion if it happens to rain. On those lovely, warm summer days, you can sit on the terrace, which has a gas barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. Not available for hire to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
