With 97 m² of living space, modern underfloor heating, a Finnish sauna and wellness shower, as well as a romantic tiled stove, everything you could wish for is perfect for a cozy year-round holiday on the Mecklenburg Baltic coast.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, light-filled living/dining area with solid wood furniture and a fully equipped country-style kitchen (oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer for larger shopping trips, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle) with direct access to the generous garden. Enjoy the unobstructed view across meadows and fields and relax on the "soul cradle" or in the beach chair.

A SMART TV, DVD player, DAB/Internet radio, books, and games provide entertainment on rainy days. The house offers free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor, you'll find a guest WC with natural light and a utility room equipped with a washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, etc.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedroom with a sea view features a solid wood double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the garden-facing bedroom has two solid wood single beds (90 x 200 cm), each with an additional pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm).

Outdoor games and a handcart are located in the garden shed, where bicycles can also be stored.
There is free parking for two cars in front of the holiday home.
