This 48m² non-smoking holiday apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail. It offers a modern and comfortable retreat for 2-4 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a separate building. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The windows are fitted with insect screens and blackout curtains. The living room features a flat-screen TV with cable connection, a stereo radio with CD player, a sofa, and a dining area. The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for self-catering. It includes a four-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker and fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and plenty of kitchenware. The bright bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. Parking is available on the property. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. Towels and bed linen are provided (mandatory).
Bicycles can be securely stored in the garage. The apartment includes a furnished terrace with chairs and a parasol (April-October). A charcoal grill is available on the property for guests to use. The beach is about a 12-minute walk away.
