Welcome to our holiday home "Hanna" in Seepark Nordhorn, the green waterfront town.
Information on additional costs and fees:
Rental prices are for 4 people. Electricity, water, and heating are included.
One large dog or two small dogs are welcome for an additional fee.
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional charge.

Enjoy your stay in our newly built holiday home on the edge of Nordhorn's city center, nestled in the park-like, bicycle-friendly landscape of the County of Bentheim.

Our modernly furnished holiday home with lake views can accommodate up to four people. Your four-legged friend is also welcome. Here you will find an oasis of relaxation with a sauna, whirlpool, fireplace, and comfortable seating areas both inside and on the terrace.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious eat-in kitchen with a large dining area and fireplace, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool, shower, and sauna. Also on the ground floor is a utility room with a washer-dryer. A large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to relax. Next to the house is a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles.

In the living area, you can spend cozy hours with a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

In the spa-like bathroom with a sauna, whirlpool, and walk-in shower, you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Underfloor heating completes the feeling of well-being.

An additional guest toilet is located on the upper floor. There you will also find two bedrooms with double beds and a comfortable sofa on the gallery.
Our house is the ideal starting point for a cycling trip along the Fietsentour – a network of cycle paths stretching over 1200 km through the County of Bentheim.
Take a boat trip on the Vechte River or visit the local indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
The town of Nordhorn offers inviting cafes and restaurants, as well as shopping opportunities. All are easily accessible on foot.
The Nordhorn Zoo is another highlight. Furthermore, the nearby Netherlands offers excellent opportunities for day trips.
