Architect-designed quality holiday home from 2025 – luxury, nature and tranquility This architect-designed quality holiday home from 2025 was built with great attention to detail and offers luxurious surroundings for a relaxing holiday. The house is idyllically located in the middle of the forest, close to the golf course and only approx. 600 metres from the beautiful Hjarbæk Fjord. The private garden invites you to peace and quiet with several cozy sitting areas, perfect for relaxing and reading a good book. The holiday home is energy-friendly and heated via an air/water heat pump, which reduces energy consumption. There is underfloor heating throughout the house and charging stations for electric cars. The interior is modern and stylish with LED lighting and a functional layout, where the kitchen, family room and living room are combined in one bright and inviting living room. The well-equipped kitchen/dining room offers an induction hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill function, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and separate freezer. There is also a high chair for the little ones. From the kitchen/dining room there is direct access to the house's large wooden terrace, where you will find the luxurious, integrated 6-person outdoor hot tub and outdoor sauna - both sunken and beautifully integrated into the terrace. The living room is furnished with modern furniture, free high-speed internet and Smart TV with the option of streaming your own services as well as German TV channels via satellite and a shuffleboard for the evenings. The house has a large, bright and stylish bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. From here there is direct access to the outdoor shower and the terrace - ideal after the sauna and spa. The holiday home has three bedrooms with good quality beds: two with double beds and one with a Norwegian bunk bed. In addition, there is a loft with two comfortable beds (spring mattresses) and a weekend bed for the little ones. There is also a PlayStation 4 with games in the loft. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children. Outdoors, you can enjoy both open and covered terraces with high-quality garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas grill - perfect settings for cozy evenings while the sun sets over the area. There is also a trampoline (use at your own risk). Please note: The house is not rented to youth groups or crafts groups and is exclusively for holiday stays.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
