The Seestern 11 holiday home is a modern and spacious holiday home with approximately 110 m² of living space and can accommodate up to six people. The stylish furnishings, well-designed layout, and large garden with its own barrel sauna create ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a bright and welcoming hallway, from which a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The ground floor boasts an open, light-filled living area. Here you will find a comfortable seating area with a TV and a modern gas fireplace, conveniently controlled by remote, which creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace and the spacious garden.

The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area. A large dining table invites you to enjoy meals together and convivial evenings.
Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bright, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this level.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and its own TV. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. There is also another spacious bathroom upstairs with a window and a large shower.

The entire house is modern, bright, and comfortably furnished. A crib and highchair are available for families with small children.

The outdoor area features a large garden with a terrace and a private barrel sauna – ideal for relaxing after an exciting day at the beach. A utility room off the terrace provides storage for bicycles, strollers, or beach equipment. A barbecue is also available for your use.

Two private parking spaces are located in front of the house.
Dogs are welcome but must be registered in advance.
