The holiday home Ostseewind 17 is located directly on the beach in Holnis. Its private terrace and garden area, along with its direct beach access, make it the ideal holiday retreat for a Baltic Sea vacation.

Upon entering the house, you'll find yourself in a bright hallway, from which a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The ground floor boasts an open, light-filled living area. Here you'll find a comfortable seating area with a TV, as well as a bright dining area for eight people with views of the terrace and garden.

The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area. A large dining table invites you to enjoy meals together and convivial evenings.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. The shower room with a washing machine and dryer is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also another shower room with a window on the upper floor. Chests of drawers provide ample storage space.

The entire house is bright and comfortably furnished. For families with small children, a crib and a highchair are available.

The outdoor area offers a large garden with a terrace and everything needed for 8 people – ideal for relaxing after an exciting day at the beach. A utility room off the terrace provides space for bicycles, strollers, or beach equipment. A barbecue is also available.

There are two private parking spaces in front of the house.
Dogs are welcome but must be registered in advance.
This holiday home combines comfort, modern amenities, and an attractive location, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.
