The Baltic Sea Coast holiday home is a comfortably furnished house with approximately 110 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 8 people. The well-designed layout and the large garden with a terrace create ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in a bright and welcoming hallway, from which a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The ground floor boasts an open, light-filled living area. Here you will find a comfortable seating area with a TV. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace and the garden.

The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area. A large dining table invites you to enjoy meals together and convivial evenings.

Also on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and another bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Chests of drawers provide ample storage space.
Another shower room is also located on the first floor. A cot and highchair are available for families with small children.

The outdoor area features a garden with a terrace, ideal for relaxing after an exciting day at the beach. A utility room off the terrace provides space for bicycles, strollers, or beach equipment. A barbecue is also available for your use.

Two private parking spaces are located in front of the house.
Dogs are welcome but must be registered in advance.
For guests with dogs, we offer the option of renting a portable dog fence.

The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 200 meters away and easily accessible via direct access. The house's location is particularly appealing: quiet, close to nature, yet with excellent transport links.
