Relax in a lovingly and meticulously restored former cottage in Zingst!
This thatched cottage was built around 1730 by the monks of Hiddensee Abbey. The holiday home is located in the heart of Zingst in a quiet location right next to the fish market.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the Edeka supermarket with a bakery is just 2 minutes away.
The thatched roof provides natural insulation in winter and pleasant cooling in summer. During the transitional seasons, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. An antique oak dining table evokes memories of great-grandmother's time, and a wooden spiral staircase leads to the attic, where the double bed is located.
The holiday home includes 200 square meters of outdoor space. The driveway and a paved path are located in front of the house (on the south side).
There is a terrace with garden furniture both in front of and behind the house (on the north side) – so you can always choose between sun and shade!
Pets are welcome.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them through the local accommodation provider.
Key collection takes place at the Zingst accommodation provider, Strandstraße 51, until 5:00 pm!
