The spacious terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze after a day at the beach. You will be able to enjoy your meals in the open air with unbeatable views. You have direct access to the living-dining room.

The living-dining room is ideal for reading a book, watching satellite TV or simply relaxing looking out of the window enjoying the views of the sea and the mountains of Cap Farrutx. The gas cooker has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms have wardrobes. A full bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The chalet is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea. You will find a rocky beach at 20m and a large sandy beach of more than 1km in length at only 500m. At the end of the urbanisation you can find bars and restaurants. There is also a stand up paddle board rental, ideal for a fun morning with your friends and family. Only 10 minutes away by car is Ca'n Picafort, a very urbanised area where you will find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure facilities. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Tourist license: ETV/11344There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
