Located in Waimes, this serene holiday home has 5 bedrooms and accommodates a group of 15 people or families with children comfortably. It provides central heating, terrace, and barbecue to enjoy.
Winters are great to enjoy skiing and cross-country skiing. During summer you can visit Lake Robertville and Lake Bütgenbach to enjoy water sports. A walk in the area is enjoyable at any time of the year. Do not miss the nearby cities of Malmedy, Stavelot, Eupen, and Spa. The supermarket is near 800 m and restaurants are at a distance of 3km.
Spend time watching TV in the living room with a fireplace. The central heating assures a warm temperature inside. A high chair is arranged in the modern kitchen, and the home also provides a children's bed. You can relax on the terrace with a barbecue. Parking is also arranged. Youth groups are not entertained.
Guests can check-in between 56 PM and check-out between 910 AM.

The cottage was perfect but I am dissatisfied with belvilla
Stayed in this house for the 2nd time. Sweet owner who came to see if everything was in order. The house is well furnished and there is enough space and cooking utensils to stay with three families with children. Beautiful garden to keep you busy with all kinds of games. Also unique location with many walks that start there as well as the many cycling junction routes that you can start 200 m from the door. Of course we also had beautiful weather. Recommended.
Wonderful base to explore the beautiful area! A short walk and you are in the middle of nature from which you can take many walks. House is, especially downstairs, very spacious with a beautiful high fenced garden with lots of privacy. Large tables to eat and nice lounge chairs outside to lie down! Children had a great time with the outdoor playhouse. The house is very complete, everything you can think of in a kitchen is available! Only minuses, very! hard mattresses, toilet upstairs very tight (my husband 1.80 could not stand upright) and the cleaning could be better. (Dirty sealant edges and joints). All in all had a great stay and made beautiful excursions in the area. We didn't want to go home yet and will definitely come back!
Afterwards nonsense claims about extra costs that are unfounded. * Pay extra for linen while we had to bring it all ourselves. * Extra costs for electricity that is not advertised. * Extra costs for cleaning while final cleaning is already included in the rental price + we provide everything had already cleaned the certainty themselves
Spacious house with well equipped kitchen. Recommended for family vacation.
The house was in perfect order, the contact person was also very friendly and showed us all the way. The region and the immediate surroundings were not too bad!
