This child and family-friendly holiday home with a private pool is located within a private property of approx. 5000 square meters, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees. In addition to a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, your holiday home has three bedrooms. From the kitchen you reach the beautiful veranda where you can enjoy breakfast and the view of the pool. Spend the beautiful summer days on your large property, where you will find a table football, a slide and a swing next to the pool. You can end the day ideally with a barbecue evening or a homemade pizza from the existing pizza oven. Both the pool and the table football are illuminated and can therefore also be used perfectly in the late evening hours.
Floridia is a small town in the province of Syracuse on the east coast of Sicily. It was founded in 1628 and is characterized by a typical Mediterranean landscape. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the beautiful rocky coasts can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
