The beautiful villa with private pool offers you every comfort over two floors to spend a great holiday on the sunny island of Sicily.
Thanks to the large windows and the living gallery, you have a perfect view of the Mediterranean garden with its own swimming pool.

One of two verandas is located at the front of the villa with a seating area and porch swing to relax or enjoy the sun. The second one is at the back to play football to your heart's content or to try out your football skills on the football field (40x20 m), which is separated by a hedge. You won't get bored here. After the activities, a courageous jump into the cool water rounds off the day. Opposite a veranda there is a barbecue area for enjoyable hours.

Floridia is a small town in the province of Syracuse on the east coast of Sicily. It was founded in 1628 and is characterized by a typical Mediterranean landscape. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the beautiful rocky coasts can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Activities nearby: The unique city of Syracuse is just a short drive from your vacation home. Even in ancient times it was considered very powerful and was once the cultural center of the Greeks. Even today, especially on the 40-hectare island of Ortygia, the core of the old town, you can still find many testimonies to the long history of this special city, for which you should plan a day. A tour to the nature reserve of Vendicari, around 40 kilometers away, a mixture of lagoons, sand dunes, rocky coastlines and sandy beaches, is also recommended. Here you can discover a variety of flora and fauna. You can also visit the baroque town of Noto, which was almost completely destroyed in an earthquake in the 17th century and then completely rebuilt
