Those looking for exercise can do so in the private pool or on the treadmill available on the veranda.
Interior:
The ground-floor living space of approximately 100 square meters is comfortably furnished for six people and offers an atmospheric living room with comfortable upholstered furniture, air conditioning, an open fireplace, and satellite TV. A kitchen with an electric oven.
Two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are the other amenities of the house. Wi-Fi is available.
Outdoor area:
A beautiful, cozy, and spacious veranda surrounds the house, allowing you to dine outdoors overlooking the garden.
A beautifully landscaped garden with large lawns provides the setting for the pool, which is for the exclusive use of guests. A gazebo with a table and chairs, an additional small kitchen, and a bathroom/toilet in a small outbuilding make outdoor living even more comfortable. Barbecue and garden furniture are available.
Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility.
On request, use of the pool is also possible before May 1, 2025, and after September 30, 2025, for an additional charge.

The house is spacious and well-appointed, We appreciated the cozy living room and how well it accommodated our family of six, The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the outdoor dining area was lovely for al fresco dinners,
Een heerlijk vakantiehuis met alles wat je nodig hebt. De open keuken was een pluspunt voor ons en de bedden waren comfortabel. Het voelde als een thuis ver van huis.
Dit appartement overtrof onze verwachtingen! Het was ruim, licht en de inrichting voelde erg uitnodigend. We waardeerden de volledig uitgeruste keuken, waardoor we tijdens ons verblijf konden genieten van zelfgemaakte maaltijden.
Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis! Het privézwembad was het hoogtepunt. We hebben er urenlang ontspannen. De locatie is rustig en ideaal om te ontspannen, maar toch dichtbij genoeg om de historische plekken van Syracuse te bezoeken, zoals het Napolitaanse Archeologische Park.
