This 3-bedroom holiday home in Montclus, Ardèche, can house 6 people. The street in front the house is a one-way street with very little traffic. The peaceful location makes this vacation home perfect for a relaxed holiday.
The home is only 15 km from the Vallon Pont d'Arc. Montclus is a beautiful medieval village, and is on a hill. Surrounded by green mountains at the foot of a babbling brook, the Cèze, only 200 m away, is perfect for a swim. There are lovely lavender fields all over, perfect for long walks. Restaurants are only 100 m away from the home, and if you want, you can go to a tennis court or to a public swimming pool, both 9 km away. You can get general supplies 11 km away from the home.
You'll enjoy a gorgeous view of lavender fields and the lovely mountain range from the kitchen window and courtyard. This vacation home has a covered terrace, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A cot and high chair for children will be provided for free, on request. You can get 1 pet, for a fee of € 20, but this has to be communicated before arrival. The house has a WiFi that works well on tablet, laptop, and phone.
You get the wifi via the network installed by the town hall next to the house.

Quietly located house with private parking in a beautiful area.
We were there for two weeks and there is nothing to complain about! Clean, spacious and quiet and a great view!
Neat house in a beautiful village and beautiful surroundings. the house is spacious and neat. Good facilities, good beds, good sofa, etc. The interior is rural and very neat. The house is a bit dark and that has been compensated by stucking everything neatly white. The latter makes it a bit sterile. there is a nice terrace but keep in mind that it only offers a view of the wall of the house opposite. There is no bakery in the village, which we found to be a loss if you are in a village. The quality of the house partly made up for that.

Perfectly restored stone house in the historic village - Montclus is a completely preserved castle pond on the banks of the Ceze river. During the season there is a market with regional products every Tuesday. The castle ruins can be visited, occasionally cultural events take place there. - The house - with a beautiful view of the surrounding area - has 3 full bedrooms with very good beds, a shower room, 2 separate toilets, kitchen, large living room, a covered terrace and a sun terrace, 2 parking spaces on the property. The banks of the Ceze with very nice bathing places are barely 300 m away and always beckons for a refreshing swim. Montclus is quiet and has no through traffic. Nevertheless, sights and natural beauties can be reached quickly (Ardeche 20 km, Pont du Gard 50 km ...)
the second year that we got there and we can only confirm our review of last year: in one word: fantastic. The wifi "problem" is also solved, there is now free wifi in the village, unfortunately there was something wrong with the router during our stay, but that would be solved.
