Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany (the Chianti Fiorentino), this cosy 2-bedroom flat belongs to an agriturismo in Pian di Scò. It features a wellness area with sauna, hot tub, fitness equipment and relaxation area.
The agriturismo has an ideal location, close to the art cities of Arezzo (43 km), Siena (62 km) and Florence (37 km). An area rich in art, beautiful hills and wonderful authentic villages and castles.
The holiday home is tastefully furnished and rustic. The agriturismo overlooks a large green lawn full of flowers, trees and a saltwater pool. There are 6 hectares of land around the farm where guests can walk in the vineyards and woods. The agriturismo with 4 flats has beautiful views and has been carefully restored, maintaining the typical features of a Tuscan farmhouse. There are playground equipment, a bocce ball court and a table tennis table.
Access to the wellness center is priced at €10 per person per day.

The information they give is correct size very concise,
Very nice characteristic apartment managed by an elderly very hospitable couple, they speak some English. Do not expect luxury but there is an oven, stove, coffee maker, fridge with small freezer, TV and good wifi. It is located in a very quiet area, about 1 km from the village.
Great beautiful place! The apartment is simple but very tastefully decorated with a lot of attention. The owner is an artist and it shows. The pool is beautiful and overlooks the valley. The owners (couple) are wonderfully nice and helpful. You can walk to the village and back and we were allowed to pick figs and also get sage and basil from the garden. I believe you can also order things for breakfast at the reception and you can have your laundry done. A really lovely place! We will be back for sure! A few points of attention: the lighting is not optimal. There is big light, but no small bulb or mood lighting. There is a twilight lamp in the sleeping loft, but it didn't. So we bought two tea light holders ourselves and put on cozy candles "in the evening. Another downside is that the apartment is adjacent to another, and the wall is very thin. But that is only sometimes a bit noisy in the evening because further is you mainly outside. And in the bedroom you heard nothing. A tip for the owner could be to apply a little more insulation there, also in the floor of the attic, which is a bit above that apartment. the standing table lamp can go down and the small lamp can be placed in the attic :-)
We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Elisa and Nazario are very loving hosts and fulfill every wish. The area is very well maintained, you feel right at home. The pool area is very nice! The surrounding landscape is great, with a nature reserve nearby. From an apartment you have a view of part of the nature reserve and the Arno Valley.
Top location. Nice swimming pool, quiet area, very nice owners Elisa Nezario. Apartment spacious and clean with air conditioning. Recommended for families with children wn as a base for trips such as Siena, Florence, Greve, Chianti and so on.
Tuscany for two weeks visiting museums, churches, monasteries and other art and cultural resources, interspersed with lounging and reading by the pool.
