Description
This detached villa is located in the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park, only 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the renowned and charming Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with a TV and underfloor heating and an open-plan kitchen including a dishwasher. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds that can be set up as double beds. There is a bathroom with a shower and a lovely infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. The landing has a separate toilet.
Through the French doors, you reach the garden with a terrace with garden furniture. There's room to park one car at the villa.
At the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park, various villas can be rented for four to sixteen people.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Casa de SiTia! Het huis was ruim en modern, perfect voor onze groep van zes. De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om te koken. Ook was de tuin een heerlijke plek om 's avonds te ontspannen.
Villa confortable et propre, parfaite pour nos vacances en famille, Les attractions à proximité, en particulier Le Zwin, offraient de belles promenades dans la nature, Les hôtes étaient sympathiques et réactifs à nos besoins,

The location was serene, and we found plenty of hiking trails nearby, The house itself had everything we needed, including a great barbecue setup, We even managed a fishing trip from the marina, which was just a short walk away,
Ideaal voor een weekendje weg! Schoon, ruim, en slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand, We maakten gebruik van de nabijgelegen attracties zoals de Belfort van Sluis, wat fascinerend was!
We zijn laag-key gefascineerd door deze plek, Schoon, comfortabel en heeft alles wat nodig is voor een ontspannen verblijf, Plus, het strand is slechts een korte wandeling verwijderd! Gratis parkeren maakt het nog beter, Zeker een plek om op Instagram te flexen
