Unfortunately, the promised room no. 3 was not reserved for us, but no. 1. Unfortunately, this room had no coffee table, but an additional bed in the living room fit. The equipment with crockery was very poor. The leftovers from the previous tenant were still under the sink. Alternatively, room number 17 was prepared for us the following day. This looked a little better. However, a coffee maker and a toaster were missing here. The fridge had no freezer compartment. The tiles on the toilet were cracked. On the 4th day we couldn't use our bikes because the storage room was locked and the key was not found. But the staff was always nice and friendly. Unfortunately sometimes overwhelmed.
No response to our complaint on the spot - a pity TUI!
Unfortunately, the house must have been rented with a dog before us, the couch and armchairs smelled very much of a dog, as did the carpet

It was a very nice, quiet location, the staff was very friendly and courteous, the beach was unfortunately not as described or not available at all, the apartment itself was spacious but unfortunately there were poor opportunities to hang up towels, etc.,
