THE PROPERTY
The property welcomes you first with its large front terrace by the pool. Perched at the highest point of the house, it offers a sweeping sea view as well as a lounge area with garden furniture and a daybed.
The shaded rear terrace offers a dining area with a gas barbecue.
The 10x5m swimming pool benefits from a recently renovated basin and a heat pump, allowing you to heat the pool from late April to late October, weather permitting. An outdoor shower completes the outdoor comfort of the house.
Inside, the 170m² house, decorated with a travel theme, is perfectly laid out and built on two levels.
- The living space is divided into:
- A double living room with a lounge and TV area, and a dining area
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (small and large appliances, complete set of dishes, induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine, etc.)
- The famous back terrace
On the east wing of the house:
- A first children's bedroom with two single beds and a Smart TV (PLEASE NOTE: there is no air conditioning in this room, but a fan is available)
- A second bedroom with air conditioning, a desk, a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe/dressing room, and a Smart TV.
- A third bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), air conditioning, a wardrobe/dressing room, and a Smart TV.
- A large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sauna.
A separate toilet.
- Upstairs, the master bedroom features a large screen TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite shower room (with double vanity, shower, and toilet). It also offers a magnificent sea view from its terrace.
- Outside, below the house, a separate studio awaits you with a queen-size bed (160cm), a fan, and a shower room with a toilet.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is available on the property for up to 3 cars.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a "Neighborhood Watch" program. Guests are expected to be respectful and courteous.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.).
Essential toiletries will be provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.).
A concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
Check-in is available in person until 7:00 PM.
Arrivals after this time must be specified and may incur additional charges.
