The apartment does not have a private parking space, but numerous free parking spaces are available nearby.
After 10 PM, noise disturbances are no longer permitted.
A management fee of €234 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the check-in and check-out inventory and cleaning.

- Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: €44
