Beautiful Villa in Vidauban with Swimming Pool
Description
This delightful villa is set in its own 1,200 m² plot with gate (remote control). It features a spacious covered terrace offering direct access to the heated pool (open from April to October). Ideal dream holidays with family or friends. Pets are not allowed.
This villa is located 1 km from the centre of Vidauban. The area is lively and hosts many villages with restaurants and terraces. Every day there is a market to visit. The sandy beaches of Sainte Maxime are just 32 km from the residence.
You enter on the middle living floor with a spacious lounge with 3D TV and dining table with 8 chairs. There is a separate, Provence-style kitchen that is excellently equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso machine, a Senseo and induction hobs. On the first floor you will find a loft with a double bed and an adjacent smaller, open-plan room with two single beds; ideal for children. Here you will also find the library/playroom. There is air conditioning throughout the house, except on the lower floor. The swimming pool is secured with an electrically operated cover and the sun terrace has 10 sun beds. There are 3 terraces in total, 2 of which are covered with large sunshades.

Arrival went very smoothly, we were a little early, but were allowed to enter the villa anyway. Welcome gift was a pleasant surprise! The villa itself was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Many beautiful trips done among others. Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime (jet ski), Monaco and Cannes.
On arrival received well by the key keeper and received a nice tour. The house is on a fairly steep mountain and you have to look forward to driving to the front door, to drive back outside you have to maneuver several times. House is right next to other villas, so be careful not to make noise. We were delighted that the area was so quiet despite the close proximity of apartments and villas. The house itself was very clean. Beautifully styled and large enough for us to consider. Pool was also top! We had a nice week there but one thing struck us as the week progressed. The heat that remained in the house. At night it was too hot outside to open the windows and throughout the day. The fans we had did not breathe enough to cool down. We had a blow. Only the rooms on the lower floor were cool enough To sleep the rooms on the ground floor and those on the upper floor were unbearable. Sorry.
Friendly welcome in beautiful villa. Quiet location yet within walking distance of bakery and shops. Spacious villa, very clean, good beds, nice bathrooms, cozy living room, practical kitchen and great view of the surroundings. Beautiful interior of the villa with all accommodation. Owner who does everything to make a memorable holiday. Villa perfectly located for excursions in inland and on the coast. Nice pool and terraces. Highly recommended for a memorable holiday with family or friends.
Fantastic villa with all the necessary amenities for us as a family with two young children. The villa is also close to the center of Vidauban located which is a surplus. From Vidauban is also easy to make excursions to the larger coastal cities or the cozy mountain villages. We recommend this villa definitely for families with young children, but I think other target audience will enjoy it here.
In August we stayed with family for a week at Villa Parure. We were six adults and three children. It is a large, beautiful villa. We certainly had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool. In the kitchen we had available adequate supplies. Bathrooms and toilets were in order. Washer and dryer came in pas.Het was a very hot week and since there is no AC in the villa, we could not use the top floor to slapen.Enkel on the lowest floor was a bit bearable 's nachts.Er were only two small fans, which also did not work well. That was unfortunate. We received good service from the caretaker.
