Information on additional costs and fees:
A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
Free parking is available.
Two bedrooms, a bright living area with a dining nook, and an open-plan kitchen offer ample space for four people. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove ensure a cozy warmth. A lovely bathroom with a shower, various games, a DVD player, and a selection of DVDs are available for our guests. Enjoy breakfast on our balcony when the weather is nice, and then explore the beauty of Lübeck Bay on foot, by bicycle, or by car. After a pleasant bike ride along the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, you can safely store your bicycles (your own or rented) in our storage room in the bicycle shed.
The apartment is located on the second floor. An elevator is available in the building. The balcony faces northeast.
