The new penthouse apartment "Wolkenlos 10" is situated in a quiet location, just 120 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, and offers a partial sea view. The 90-square-meter apartment, comfortably and luxuriously furnished, is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. It accommodates up to six people plus an infant and features two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
The large bathroom is equipped with double sinks, a corner bathtub, and a sauna; there is also a guest toilet. Two roof terraces with garden chairs and sun loungers invite you to relax. In the living room, a wood-burning stove, books, DVDs/Blu-rays, a Wii with balance board, and games provide entertainment. Flat-screen TVs are located in all bedrooms and the living room. Pleated blinds or blackout curtains ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
A Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine is provided (please bring your own capsules). Free parking is available directly in front of the building. A beach chair is reserved for you from May to September.
**Costs & Information:** The rental price is for 4 people; additional persons are subject to a surcharge. A €100 security deposit is required and will be refunded after departure. Electricity, water, and heating are included; bed linens and towels are available for an additional charge. Tourist tax is payable before arrival. Bicycle storage is available for €5 per night, subject to availability.
