Electricity, water, and heating are included.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
Bed linen, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
A security deposit of €100.00 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Subject to availability, a bicycle shed can be booked for an additional €5.00 per night. As space is limited, we recommend booking in advance.
One underground parking space (maximum height 2.10m) is available free of charge.
The holiday apartment is easily accessible by elevator.
The spacious, open-plan living and dining area features a comfortable sofa, a television, and a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth even on cooler days.
The apartment is located on the first floor. In the light-filled dining area, you can enjoy the sunshine even while having breakfast.
Two bedrooms offer space for two adults and two children. One has a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the other a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 cm).
Start your day refreshed in the bathroom with its spa shower, or unwind with a glass of wine on the balcony.
This holiday home has been certified as allergy-friendly by ECARF. We offer a smoke-free and pet-free environment with carpet-free floors or short-pile flooring. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets, and pillows to reduce dust mites. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.
