Electricity, water, and heating are included.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
An elevator is available in the building.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
A security deposit of €100.00 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Subject to availability, a bicycle shed can be booked for an additional €5.00 per night. As space is limited, we recommend booking in advance.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. The cozy living area invites you to relax in front of the television or the fireplace. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you can treat yourself and your loved ones to culinary delights, which you can serve in the light-filled dining area or on the terrace overlooking the greenery.
A PlayStation 4 with a selection of games provides entertainment.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a TV.
For your relaxation, a wonderful spa bathroom with a private sauna, whirlpool, and shower is at your disposal.
A beach chair is available for your use during the season from May 1st to September 30th.
Our holiday home has been certified as allergy-friendly by ECARF. We offer smoke-free and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile flooring. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets, and pillows to reduce dust mites. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.
