"Sun Deck 35 - Penthouse". The seaside resort of Großenbrode is one of the driest and sunniest regions in Germany.
In our beautiful penthouse apartment "Sun Deck 35," the name says it all. Enjoy the warming rays of sunshine on our two rooftop terraces with sea views.
Information on additional costs and fees:
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
The visitor's tax is payable before arrival.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
One underground parking space (maximum height 2.10 m) is available free of charge.
The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.
Subject to availability, a bicycle storage room can be booked for an additional fee of €5 per night. As space is limited, we recommend booking in advance.
The 55 m² apartment features an open-plan layout with a comfortable seating area, dining area, and a well-equipped, modern kitchen.
The first bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a spacious wardrobe, and blackout curtains. On the gallery, you'll find another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be joined to form a double bed. A travel cot, another television, and plenty of toys for our younger guests are also available here.
Start your day refreshed under our hansgrohe Raindance shower or enjoy a relaxing sauna session.
The beach promenade and the magnificent white sands of the South Beach are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment includes a sturdy handcart, making it easy to transport luggage and shopping. You're welcome to take the handcart (maximum load 100 kg) to the beach to transport children and their toys. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy on the unspoiled West Beach.
The apartment is located on the third floor and the top floor.
