A dream under a thatched roof: Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of this delightful holiday home, located just 600 meters from the natural beach in Zierow on the Baltic Sea. Completed in autumn 2021, this modernly furnished house, spread over two levels, is perfectly equipped for up to four people. A well-behaved dog is also welcome.
This solid, blue and white holiday home, with its shutters and lovingly chosen details, impresses with its unique character. The modern kitchen is equipped with many extras, and the visible fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. The sauna features a wellness shower and offers a comfortable space to relax. A guest toilet with natural light is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. A second TV is provided in each bedroom. The shower room with a glass shower enclosure, sink, and toilet is located in the typical dormer window of the thatched-roof house. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Pleated blinds and shutters provide privacy. A washing machine and various cleaning supplies are stored in the utility room.
In the southwest-facing garden, you can relax on the garden furniture and unwind. Sun loungers and a parasol are also provided. An electric grill is available for your use. Two parking spaces, with a wall-mounted charging station for hybrid and electric vehicles, are located directly at the holiday home.
