Maison des Petites Bruyères
The "Prairie" of Varengeville is a green, rural spot, 1.5 km from the village center, in a very quiet location. Three houses follow one another along the meadow path.
The upper house is called "La Maison des Petites Bruyères." It accommodates 6 people year-round and 8 people from May to September, when it's warm enough to open the small barn opposite the house. The middle house is the Maison de Marguerite (another rental property for 6 or 7 people). Finally, at the bottom, is a house that is occupied year-round.
The grounds are completely open, offering a beautiful view of the valley.
The Maison des Petites Bruyères, a former farmhouse that has been completely renovated, has a lovely living area on the day side, consisting of a living room with a large fireplace (wood provided) and a dining room separated by old timber framing, just off the main house. Then there's a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, classic filter coffee machine, and capsule coffee machine.
On the bedroom side, the corridor leads first to two bedrooms (one with two 90 x 200 cm beds and one with two 80 x 190 cm beds) and a bathroom (with shower and toilet), and finally to a large bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room (and toilet). All rooms open onto the garden and terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as sun loungers.
The barn opposite (available from May 1st to September 30th) has a small living room on the ground floor and a bedroom upstairs with a 140 x 190 cm bed (toilet and sink).
The beds are made upon arrival.
