The "Frieda" holiday apartment invites you to a relaxing holiday in a prime central location, offering approximately 35 m² of cozy living space with sloping ceilings and tasteful furnishings!

This charming apartment on the second floor (with elevator) features a high-quality kitchenette with a dining area, a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m sleeping area), and a wardrobe. A large internet-enabled TV with free Netflix and complimentary Wi-Fi further enhance your comfort. The window by the sofa bed has blackout curtains.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-burner ceramic cooktop, Philips Senseo coffee pod machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and more.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, vanity mirror, and towel warmer.
Children are very welcome!
A travel cot and highchair are available for rent.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults.

The "Wochenmarkt" restaurant in the building offers breakfast and dinner. Here you can indulge in culinary delights to your heart's content (meals are not included in the rental price and must be paid separately on site).

For young-at-heart adults and older children, there is a Teens Club in the basement with coin-operated games such as billiards, air hockey, foosball, darts, and pinball.

Younger children will be well looked after in the Kids Club, also located in the basement. Here, children can do arts and crafts, play games, and participate in activities under supervision (for a fee). A babysitter can also be booked there if needed.

Both facilities do not disturb the undisturbed and relaxing holiday experience of the other guests in the building.
Washing machines and dryers (coin-operated) are available in the building's laundry room.

Guests without children can use the sauna area and indoor pool at the hotel across the street. For guests with children, a hotel just a few steps away offers a swimming pool and a large spa area with saunas, fitness equipment, and massages. Both facilities are subject to a fee.

A free parking space is reserved for you year-round in the parking lot at Proraer Chaussee 5 (650 m away).
Alternatively, you can park for a fee on the street directly in front of the building or in the Wylichstraße parking garage (350 m away).
You can store your bicycles in a lockable bicycle room.
