The Olivia holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and features two separate bedrooms with exterior blinds. One bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The toilet is separate. The modern bathroom has a window, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail.

In the living/dining area, furnished with a table and four chairs, a comfortable sofa, two reclining armchairs, and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, you can relax and unwind. From here, you can access the partially covered terrace with a small lawn. The kitchen is separate from the living area and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils.

...) A private parking space and a lockable storage room with a power outlet for e-bikes are available.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users! Rental to tradespeople is not possible.
