Modern townhouse in Øer Maritime Holiday Village with 2 lovely terraces and 1 balcony, from which you can enjoy the view of the holiday village's canals and where the sun is always to be found, as they are oriented in different directions. The house is on several levels and offers a stylish, modern interior with attention to detail. The house has two spacious bedrooms and a loft and the lovely central room with kitchen in open connection with dining table and living room ensures togetherness and that everyone is there when the fun spreads. The two terraces, one on each side of the house, are easily integrated with the rest of the house and are just an extension of it. If there are several of you traveling together, the house can easily be combined with DanCenter house no. 52706, which is located quite close to this. The house provides free access to the holiday village's sports facilities such as a swimming pool and indoor paddle tennis. The holiday village also has a seasonal restaurant and easy shopping for, for example, breakfast bread. Ebeltoft's best sandy beaches can be found only approx. 700 m from the house.
