Welcome to Holiday Home with Sea View, your cozy vacation retreat directly on the white sandy beach of Holnis. The Baltic Sea is just a few steps away, and you can enjoy a beautiful sea view from both the terrace and the living areas.

This lovingly furnished holiday home extends over two floors and offers space for up to eight people in a total of four bedrooms. Ideal for families or a relaxing vacation with friends.

On the ground floor, you are greeted by a bright entrance area with a hallway. From here, you can access the spacious and light-filled living room with a comfortable seating area and the open-plan dining area. The kitchen is harmoniously integrated and fully equipped. In addition to a dishwasher, you will, of course, find all the other kitchen utensils you need for self-catering during your vacation.

Two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. One has a large double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also has a wardrobe. A modern shower room with a washing machine and tumble dryer completes the floor.

The ground floor is rounded off by a modern shower room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A solid pine staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Numerous wardrobes and chests of drawers offer ample storage space for your holiday luggage. An additional shower room is also available on the upper floor.

A separate utility room provides secure storage for beach toys or the barbecue.

The spacious terrace, furnished with patio furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal grill, invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Enjoy leisurely barbecue evenings with fresh Baltic Sea air and a calming view of the Baltic Sea.

Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Dogs are welcome but must be registered in advance.

The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 200 meters away and easily accessible via direct access. The location of the house is particularly appealing: quiet, close to nature and yet excellently connected.
