These detached luxury villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.
You have a living room with floor heating and an open kitchen furnished with appliances. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, with a total of five single box-spring beds, some of which may be set up as double beds. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. The bathroom with a traditional sauna is also located on the first floor. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.
There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.
Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

A lot of choice in the houses, I think something for everyone, Booking and payment made via the website without problems, Rental agreement and residence ticket with all data on immediately received, They are ready and clearly drawn up,
Nice clean house, modern furnished and well maintained. Nice location very spacious. Clean and tidy park. Welcoming and friendly staff.
Beautiful and clean only the TV in the bedroom was missing, but that did not matter for us.The environment was nice.The pool of the stay was not really what and was broken the second time again, there were on request free tickets for it swimming pool in cochem which was very successful. Overall and very successful holiday
The resort is a large cluster of similar-looking houses, reminiscent of a small, well-planned town. The houses are functionally furnished. However, the underfloor heating in our house was partially defective and only after 5 appointments with the building services and an external company were we offered a new house. Here we would have wished for more customer service and faster accommodation. In addition, there is really nothing in the houses apart from the specified basic equipment, so everything has to be brought with you or bought in rather expensive packages, starting with toilet paper and coffee filters. Our conclusion: functional for a week, but a bit too impersonal and not customer-oriented enough for us.
The house was nice and spacious, a large living room with a good kitchen and 2 spacious bedrooms. Furthermore, it was, especially downstairs, very quickly warm. After a few days, we concluded that it was enough to turn the heating on for a few hours in the morning and then turn it off completely, then it was comfortable for the rest of the day. The park itself is new and beautifully spacious. Swimming pool is not much special, our children aged 4 and 6 had a great time there. The area is beautiful and there is plenty to do.
