Gorgeous villa near the river Moselle
Description
These detached 12-person villas are spread out over the spacious Cochem holiday resort.
The villas were restyled in 2018 and are furnished in a modern and complete way. You'll have five bedrooms at your disposal, one of which on the ground floor and four upstairs. Three of the bedrooms feature two single beds and two have three single beds each; some in a double set-up. There are four bathrooms, one on the ground floor and three upstairs. One of the bathrooms features a traditional sauna.
A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.
There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's room to park one car at the villa. The other cars can be parked in the central parking.
Please note that there is working going on this park regarding different facilities. Inconvenience cause is regretted!
Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

Nice house, very clean and enough space. We did have some defects that we reported. Unfortunately, not everything has been resolved/treated.
Check in went smoothly and was very clear. The cottage was large, beautiful and clean. Park is nicely set up and people are very friendly. Delicious food in the restaurant.
Reception and restaurant staff very attentive.
Beautiful house, great area, great facility ... only the setting of the sauna was broken and was difficult to operate. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception
The house was in good condition. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated. We felt good. The kitchen equipment was, except for the missing toaster, very good.
House somewhat dated (smoke detector loose here and there some breaks in the tiles) and not cleaned very well (socks from probably previous residents found under the bed
