Description
This restyled holiday home is located at Ferienresort Cochem.
The interior is modern and complete. In the small but nice living room you'll find a TV and decorative fireplace. In the open plan kitchen you'll find a dishwasher and microwave. You'll have three bedrooms, one of which on the ground floor with two single box-spring beds, which could be in a single or double setup. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, both with three single box-spring beds. There's a bathroom on each of the two floors, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. You'll also find a separate toilet on each floor.
There's a garden with terrace, garden furniture and two loungers. The garden can be reached through the French doors from the kitchen. There is parking for one car near the holiday home.
Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

Beautiful park house environment friendliness
Excellent description when booking what the house looks like, just a pity that the pool was closed due to a broken main line, but we were informed about that in advance
arrival: super helpful and friendly accommodation: cozy home and clean modern environment: lots of nature The problem was that we have booked a house where no pets are allowed, yet we have been given a house where pets are allowed. My wife is allegic to, among others, pets. very unfortunate event.I have emailed belvilla, but still received no response ..... !!!!!
Had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful setting! Seen and do a lot. Nice animation for children. Swimming pool is a bit on the small side, but fine. Earlier on arrival there appeared to be no washing machine in the house (or booked), eventually well resolved by Belvilla.
Property was spacious and very neat. Park itself is pretty "bare." Apart from at the reception there are not really playgrounds for small children, that is a missed opportunity. The area is beautiful, but you can't do much without a car.
When we arrived there was no trash, only the lid! There was also no washing machine and dryer. This is mentioned by Belvilla, but after inquiring at the reception it appears to be not there. Btje sorry that we had just chosen (and paid some extras) for a house with washing machine because we were with 3 small children. Also the sun beds where not present. Furthermore, the house was clean and tidy
