In 2019, this fully restyled semi-detached villa on Ferienresort Cochem was added to the program.
On the ground floor there is a living room with TV. There is also an open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (whether or not in a double arrangement). There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. One of the bathrooms features a toilet. A stair gate upstairs, a high chair and a camp bed make this holiday home a child-friendly house.
Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the holiday home.
At Cochem Holiday Resort, there are several holiday homes for rent for four to a maximum of fourteen people.
Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

Houses close together, nuisance and nuisance from smoking guests in the park. There should be a smoking ban! House has no air conditioning, so with 38 degrees the windows must be open. Little privacy in your garden. No childproof sockets, house is basically fine, but if you look closely there is wear. Loose handles, door frames that are loose. The facilities at the park are mediocre. There is little atmosphere in the park. Everything is flat, little to no trees (and therefore a lack of shade) Only 1 charging station available for a few hundred houses.
Arrival was good only a little early hahah Beautiful house in a beautiful park and a super beautiful setting.
The houses are old and with us it was not clean
We verbleven een weekend en hadden een geweldige tijd, De villa was echt ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden, De keuken was goed uitgerust, we hebben een paar maaltijden gekookt en het voelde als thuis, De locatie nabij de rivier de Moselle was prachtig, perfect voor avondwandelingen
Ik vond de indeling echt fijn, Twee aparte badkamers? Ja, graag! Super ruime slaapkamers en de tuin was een leuke toevoeging voor wat frisse lucht, Bovendien is Cochem Castle slechts een korte rit verwijderd voor die epische Insta foto's
Een aangenaam verblijf in een prachtig ingericht villa, Het was ruim en schoon, waardoor het ideaal was voor onze groep, De locatie was rustig, maar we waren nog steeds dicht bij Cochem voor sightseeing, Het zou fijn zijn als het zwembad open was, maar we hadden andere leuke activiteiten gepland!
