Charming villa, near the river Moselle
Description
These detached villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.
You will have a living room and an open-plan kitchen with various appliances at your disposal. There is one bedroom with two single beds (set up as a double bed) and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor, with two single beds each which can also be put together to make a double bed. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. All beds are box-spring beds. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.
There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.
Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

WiFi does not work, many minor defects, swimming pool and bowling alley are closed
As far as cleanliness is concerned, only the floor and the bathroom were clean in the house, the windows, doors, table dirty. What I didn't like are the TV programs, in Germany there are only 7 channels in German and the rest of Holland asked me if I am maybe in Holland). The pool CLOSED (but paid for the facility with pool). Overall, I am not satisfied with the facility, for which the golf is the ideal place but not for normal vacationers.
Nice house. Not so nice were the broken doors to the terrace. And to shower in the Bath was oke but to hold the shower in your hand was not so nice.
Park is beautiful in the middle of nature. Everything accessible by car. Dogs allowed, but no outlet options at the park itself. Bungalow neat and spacious. Very nice that washing machine and dryer was available. Downside that smart TV was not connected to the internet.

Very good formula that is suitable for families as well as couples. Very pleasant to be "at home" in a pleasant and calm environment. Note the respect between neighbors
