Gracious villa near river Moselle
Description
This renovated, detached villa is located in Holiday Resort Coochem.
The interior is modern and complete. The small, but attractive living room has a TV. In the open-plan kitchen you will find a dishwasher and a microwave. There are six bedrooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor and have two single beds, pushed together to make a double bed, or left separately. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the first floor and are all furnished with two or three single beds with boxes. There is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. There are four more bathrooms on the first floor, two with shower, one with bath and one with shower and sauna. Each floor also has a separate toilet.
There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The garden can be reached through French doors from the kitchen. For your convenience, there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is space to park four cars in the apartment.
Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

The stay and the landlord were excellent, unfortunately I could not say that about Belvilla customer service. Weird construction, booking at Belvilla, paying a bit at Belvilla, paying a bit at Roompot, but if something had to be arranged, everyone shifts it to the landlord, a pity.
Easy processing; Attractive house (good facilities, clean);
The (restored) holiday home in the holiday resort of Cochem was a good size and spacious, with plenty of dishes. Basically great. BUT it was definitely not clean when we arrived. The refrigerator wasn't washed out at all and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The announced drinks voucher, which should be deposited for us as a small compensation on the bistro terrace, was not deposited there. We waited several days for the defective parasol to be replaced. What particularly bothered me was the lack of waste separation in the park, which is located in Germany, even if it belongs to a Dutch provider. You could only separate residual waste and used glass. There was no way to collect paper (at least we didn't find one) and certainly not for plastics / composites that belong in the "yellow sack". I find that impossible in today's world.
Not very clean, unfortunately, no oven, spinning without end under the couch, dirt without end, mice, just a garbage bag, a roll of toilet paper, etc.
Via bellvilla (which was cheaper than roompot itself) rented a 14 pers comfort holiday home on ferienresort cochem. The house has been renovated, which was reflected in the good sofa, table, chairs and beds. We have been to this park before so had experiences with previous establishments. Cleaning was fine in my opinion, hear a lot of complaints, but couldn't find any of it. Outside good (reclining) chairs. Upstairs was the sauna, difficult to adjust, but at a certain point found the right setting. Since we were in this large house with 2 people, it was spacious enough for us. Beautiful surroundings, we had brought our bikes and cycled a different part of the Moselle every time for 10 days.
Well arranged, receive keycard and explanation about the park. Beautiful and spacious. Beautiful surroundings.The only thing missing are mosquito nets on the bedrooms. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes.
