Modernly furnished terraced bungalow in a family-run holiday complex, quietly on the edge of the forest and in a fantastic location directly on Lake Groß Labenz, one of the cleanest and most fish-rich lakes in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The large communal property is only separated from the lake by a traffic-calmed road with a beautiful swimming area and snack bar. Enjoy your breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then look forward to wonderful hours on and by the water or discover the seemingly endless forests of the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park. Upon request and for a fee, depending on availability, you can rent rowing boats and SUPs, as well as an electric grill at the reception in addition to a fire bowl with wood for cozy evenings (EUR 5 per day.)
The Groß Labenz Lake is located near Warin, northeast of Schwerin in the middle of a Natura 2000 landscape protection area. Here you can perfectly combine nature, sport, swimming and culture during your holiday. In nearby Warin, stroll through the streets and treat yourself to a delicious fish dish or other local specialties in one of the restaurants. On your excursions, you can also discover the easily accessible cities of Schwerin, Wismar, Güstrow and Rostock.

Activities nearby: There are other excellent fishing lakes in the immediate vicinity as well as private fishing ponds approx. 1.5 km away. The Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, the Warnow, the Groß Labenz Lake and the many forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hikes, bike tours and various water sports options. Due to the central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, both the Baltic Sea and Schwerin or Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. It takes less than 45 minutes to Rostock and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg or Berlin are no problem.

Ik kan niet genoeg zeggen over de prachtige omgeving, Wakker worden met uitzicht op het meer Groß Labenz was een hoogtepunt, De keuken was goed gevuld, wat het koken van het ontbijt een plezier maakte, Zou zeker terugkomen!
Spacieux et propre ! La cuisine avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner, La terrasse était parfaite pour le petit-déjeuner avec vue, Le quartier est calme mais reste proche de Warin pour de bons repas, 10/10 recommandé pour une escapade le temps d'un week-end
Nous avons passé un très bon moment ici, Le bungalow était moderne et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour confortable, L'emplacement au bord du lac est tout simplement magnifique, J'ai adoré prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil du matin, Le seul inconvénient était que le WiFi était un peu instable, mais honnêtement, c'était agréable de se déconnecter du monde un moment, Je reviendrais sans hésiter !
Notre séjour au bungalow était absolument délicieux ! L'emplacement au bord du lac Groß Labenz est magnifique, et nous avons apprécié prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse tout en profitant du soleil du matin, Le bungalow lui-même était moderne et bien équipé, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour confortable, Nous avons particulièrement aimé la nature paisible entourant la propriété, parfaite pour la randonnée et l'exploration, La zone de baignade commune a beaucoup plu aux enfants, et nous avons même loué un bateau à ramer pour un après-midi amusant sur le lac, Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour les familles à la recherche d'une escapade relaxante !
Le séjour était très agréable, L'hébergement était propre et bien équipé, parfait pour notre groupe de quatre, Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement calme au bord du lac, et les villes voisines étaient faciles à explorer
Un charmant refuge ! Les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et nous ont fait sentir les bienvenus dès le départ, L'endroit était spacieux et confortable, Nous avons profité des barques à ramer, et c'était une expérience fantastique sur l'eau
