This 3-bedroom villa in Pouzols-Minervois comes with a private swimming pool to take a cool dip on a hot summer day. Resting next to a forest, the villa is ideal for a family with children or a group of 5 friends.
This is an area with many cycling and hiking trails. The villa is 2 km from the town center of Pouzols, where you can enjoy the streetscape and local culture. Olonzac, the lively town with its town center is 6 km away if you wish to go for a stroll. The beautiful Jouarres Lake is 8 km away, where you can go swimming and sunbathing. At 15 km, you'll find the town of Minerve, one of France's most beautiful villages.
There is a coffee machine in the kitchen to grab a quick cup in the evenings. The television has, because of the satellite, access to almost every European channels. Also there is a Google chrome cast attached to it, so you can watch everything you also can watch from home. In the large garden, you have a private swimming pool, surrounded by a large terrace. You can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers before going for a swim. The roofed terrace is a very quiet and lovely place to have meals or to read in the shade.
The house has satellite and internet access to almost all European TV channels.
Google Chromecast is also available so that everything you receive at home can also be viewed here.

A kleones house, but very cozy. A large terrace with a wonderful uninterrupted view of the forest. Part of the terrace is covered, excellent for breakfast or dinner al fresco (we practically only stayed outside, even when it rained). The pool area and the pool itself is very nicely laid out and well maintained, with sun loungers and parasols available. And absolute peace and quiet and practically invisible. Groceries and restaurants require a few kilometers drive, but a winery is only three minutes away (so it depends on the focus). The support from Belvilla was very good and tried hard, we had a defect in the dishwasher, on the A new one was installed the next day. In our opinion, however, the house should be occupied by a maximum of 4 people.
We felt very comfortable in this small house. Its location between the many trees is very relaxing. The kitchen equipment is ok. The large fridge/freezer is nice. With a final cleaning of 150€, I think it's a pity that the ceilings and corners of the rooms were full of cobwebs. Otherwise it was reasonably clean.
The location of the house was centrally located in the area. The house itself was a bit dated and could use a makeover. What a messy interior. Bats also lived under the canopy, which was visible through the droppings. Swimming pool was good. Contacts through the contact person for the house went well, quickly and correctly.

Das Hausgut wunderbar ruhig in einem Vorort von einem kleinen Dorf, ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen und Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Es ist allerdings nicht sehr groß, geeignet für 4 Personen.
Nice environment, the cottage is in a residential area that is next to a large job, yet you have no problems with noise and it is very quiet. It is well located and from there there are easy trips to do. The house is a bit outdated and there were some small defects that I also reported as the holder of the shower was broken so you could not hang it up, there were 2 sun loungers at the pool broken, on the terrace upstairs were the green plastic seats also not in good condition. The umbrellas that were there were all broken. I actually find it a bit bad that a good umbrella and pool heating are not included in the rent ... I think that the rent for this property is high enough to first of all be completely in order and also to standardize these things leave. We also suffered a lot from small mosquitoes there, ... really impossible to do, even mosquito repellent does not help
