After having booked holidays for 22 years through Topic Travel and later our first description via Belvilla. A setback. Swimming pool was extremely dirty. Swimming pool seemed clean but after half an hour all the dirt had settled again. Only the lighting of the extractor hood worked. The microwave remained on even with the door open. Outside lighting hung at half past ten (dangerous when it rains) Some text and explanation about the TV and satellite is not superfluous luxe.Interieur was prima.Fijn sofa with enough place.Wie of peace is in place here, but the privacy leaves something to be desired.Voor us not a second time.
Very beautiful surroundings: vineyards, mountainous, lots of nature. Good base for various visits to Carcassonne, Narbonne, .... In terms of accommodation: very spacious house - suitable to stay together with 2 families. 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom with showers (no bath available). Spacious kitchen with many cooking utensils available + oven, microwave, 2 coffee makers, spacious fridge / freezer. Spacious swimming pool. The garden is hardly maintained. The petanque field is not playable due to weeds, and at the children's playground, weeds grow up to 20cm high.
Got a text message as soon as the house was clean (was earlier than the pre-specified time), and the key safe was handy so you can arrive late in the evening. Furthermore, the accommodation in the base was fine, but did miss the awning / covered terrace that was indicated on Belvilla, but there was no (more). Use of extras such as parasol, cot, air conditioning, etc. will be charged. Furthermore, beautiful surroundings good base to visit the coast but also for example Carcassonne (45 minutes drive).
