"Holiday Home Traum 268" is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe on the island of Rügen, directly behind the dunes, approximately 50 meters from the white sandy beach and nestled in a pine forest. This maritime-themed, non-smoking house offers two bedrooms, a bright living/dining area with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, games, and a small library, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities also include a sauna, walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, crib, and highchair. Underfloor heating and electric heating provide warmth year-round. Pets are allowed for an additional fee; more are available upon request. One parking space is provided free of charge, and another can be rented for a fee.
Electricity (€0.32/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are billed according to consumption. A security deposit of €150 is payable in advance (€200 over New Year's Eve) and will be refunded after departure, less any additional charges. Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered for an additional fee; the tourist tax is payable before arrival. During New Year's week, only weekly bookings at a fixed price are possible; arrival and departure days are flexible. Barbecues with open fires are not permitted due to the risk of forest fires.
