Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure dates.

A security deposit of €150 is required to cover security and utility costs (€200 over New Year's). The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less any additional charges.

Electricity (€0.35/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change). Electric heating provides basic warmth for the house.

Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is due before arrival.

Should a health certificate or similar document be required after booking and by order of the state, the tenant must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it upon request by the authorities.

A parking space near the house is available free of charge. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.
