In winter, you'll find peace and relaxation here, enjoy the sauna and whirlpool as often as you like, and spend cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. A newly installed gas central heating system ensures a consistently warm and comfortable temperature during the colder months, saving you money on utility bills.

In summer, the miles-long white sandy beach, just steps away, invites you to swim and relax.

Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure days.

A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee (€200 over New Year's). The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less any utility costs.

Electricity (€0.46/kWh), gas (€1.40/m³), and water (€6.50/m³) are billed according to consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is due before arrival.
A parking space near the house is available free of charge. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.
Our large terrace offers plenty of space for breakfast, sunbathing, or relaxing.

The house is lovingly furnished with everything you could wish for and was extensively renovated in March 2017. It also features gas central heating.

Enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea from the old pine trees and spend an unforgettable vacation in a cozy atmosphere!

The bathroom on the upper floor includes a children's shower (1.70m high), a sink, and a toilet. Balcony, parking space, terrace, 6 garden chairs, 2 sun loungers, 1 bicycle. Non-smoking accommodation.
