Welcome to holiday home Strandlust 252. This charming Scandinavian-style retreat enjoys a prime location, surrounded by a picturesque forest.
The fine sandy beach and dunes are just 150 meters away.
Information on additional costs and fees:
Rental prices are for 4 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.

The security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure. Additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Electricity (€0.45 per kWh) and water (€7.37 per m³) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change).
Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee.
Free parking is available near the house.
An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.
This comfortable house offers 95 square meters of living space spread over two floors, accommodating 2 to 6 people. Dogs are welcome.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and inviting living/dining area with a wood-burning stove, a comfortable sofa, and modern entertainment (satellite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player). The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, perfect for enjoyable evenings of cooking together.

A double bedroom and a spa-like bathroom with a sauna, whirlpool, shower, toilet, and washing machine complete the ground floor.

The living area leads to the first floor, where you'll find a charming gallery with a seating area. Here you'll also find the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds – ideal for families or groups of friends. A guest bathroom/toilet provides additional convenience on the upper floor.

On the furnished terrace, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the tranquility of the surroundings. Internet access/Wi-Fi, electric heating, underfloor heating, and a parking space are available.
