Thatched House "Buntspecht"

Welcome to the "Buntspecht" house!

This semi-detached thatched-roof house, completed in 2021, has been lovingly furnished and equipped by us. On the ground floor, you'll find the open-plan kitchen/living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, SodaStream, toaster, kettle, and much more), a wonderful dining area overlooking the garden, and a cozy sofa corner with a wood-burning stove. Here you'll find everything you need to start the day together or end it with a cooking session and a glass of wine in front of the fire. A selection of board games, toys, and (children's) books is also available. On the same level, there is also a utility room with a washing machine and small freezer, a separate WC, and a small but elegant wellness area with a sauna and walk-in rain shower.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious shower room with a heated towel rail. One bedroom is furnished with a 160cm double bed, and the second bedroom also features a 160cm double bed as well as a pull-out daybed. The house can accommodate up to four adults or a family with three children.
Outside, there is a parking space with a wallbox, allowing you to park and charge your car easily if needed. A sun-drenched pavilion with an adjacent brick barbecue area is also available for shared use. A beach chair invites you to sunbathe, even on typical Baltic Sea winds.
The Hanseatic city of Wismar is just a short drive away and also makes for a lovely day trip by bicycle.
Linen packages can be booked in advance. The fee is payable on-site upon key handover. These packages include towels, bed linens, and bath mats.
