The very large living room has a wood-burning stove in the brick fireplace. The kitchen, which opens onto a small terrace, is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a small countertop refrigerator, an induction hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a traditional coffee maker. In the rear of the kitchen, there is a double sink and a small dishwasher. Adjacent to this, in the entrance hall, is a separate toilet. Beyond the kitchen is the dining room with its wood-burning stove in the fireplace. The first floor then culminates in a master suite, comprising a bedroom with a king-size bed, a dressing room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and finally a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a toilet. The first floor is dedicated to three cozy bedrooms, two of which are arranged in a row. On one side there is a double bed (140 cm), on the other a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). They are served by a shower room with toilet.
