Nevertheless, it is ideally suited for two families or small groups.

The Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, the Warnow River, Lake Groß Labenzer, and the many forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hiking, cycling, and various water sports. Thanks to its central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, both the Baltic Sea and Schwerin or Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. Rostock is less than 45 minutes away, and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg, or Berlin are no problem.
